Toyota Supra gets a full overhaul in ORACAL® 970RA Luscious Lips

ORAFOL Australia is excited to have partnered with Motor Culture Australia (MCA) to bring car enthusiasts the first Australian custom-built Liberty Walk A90 Toyota Supra, which has been finished with the ORACAL® 970RA Luscious Lips, premium wrapping cast film.

Motor Culture Australia are Australia’s fastest growing car community with a showroom based in Newstead, Brisbane. They provide members from all around the country with social media content, exclusive events, discounts, competitions and more. The freshly built Toyota Supra will be given away to one lucky member.

The team at MCA have been working over the past few months building this head turning machine. The modified, high performance engine pushes 450 horsepower through a Tneer exhaust, runs on custom built BC forged 20 inch rims and its unique look comes from the Liberty Walk body kit, completely wrapped in ORAFOL materials.

If you aren’t familiar with Liberty Walk, they are a Japanese body kit manufacturer famously known for their outrageous body kits. The Toyota Supra has an extreme body shape of its own and the addition of the Liberty Walk body kit takes it to the next level. The car required a wrap film that can handle the complex shapes and MCA had no doubt a colour change film from the ORACAL® 970RA range would be up for the task. This demanding wrap required a high degree of expertise and craftmanship to install and was able to exceed expectations with a finish you would expect from a globally recognised product.

The Supra was installed by Sean Galea of Wrap Wise, MCA’s preferred wrap partner. Tom McPherson, Co-founder of Motor Culture Australia has stated “the wrap looks incredible in the showroom, but it’s when the car is outside in sunlight, that’s when the wrap showcases the deep metallic flakes. People are shocked when they are told it is a wrap because its smooth high gloss finish makes it look like a paint job."

The ORACAL® 970RA has been developed with some unique compared to others offered in the market, such as a higher film density, enabling super colour retention when stretched into deep recesses, with little or no distortion that is easily showcased on the Libery Walk Toyota Supra. With many more features, the film delivers the flawless finish and results your customers expect. Thank you to Motor Culture Australia for allowing us to be part of this project build.
