Responsibility

Responsibility is part of our DNA.

As a family-owned company, we know that our economic, environmental and social corporate values need to be conceived and developed together and in equilibrium. To ensure our continued future success, we continue to grow our company in line with our guiding principles. We are constantly improving our performance and we invest in our employees and their expertise.

For stable and long-term growth.

We place a high value on optimised manufacturing processes to ensure that we develop long-lasting products. Our top priority is to provide energy-efficient solutions with optimised use of raw materials while complying with the highest quality standards, and in order to ensure this we invest consistently in our production infrastructure and digitalisation.

Diverse and sustainable – in Oranienburg and around the world.

Our aim is to continuously reduce emissions. To help make this a reality, we certify our products and our manufacturing processes and we consciously invest in environmental sustainability – up until 2024, we will be investing 160 million euros just at our headquarters in Oranienburg in modern and energy-efficient building and plant technology and in digitalising our process flows. All 17 ORAFOL subsidiaries around the globe follow the same strict sustainability standards as the parent company.

Diversity of opportunities and fairness.

We assume social responsibility towards our employees and wider society. An environment that protects and safeguards the well-being of the team also fosters the team’s creativity. After all, the company’s success is based on people and the diverse range of gainful knowledge and experience that they bring to ORAFOL.
