ORAFLEX® products are equpipped with a special developed pressure-sensitive adhesive which enables secure bonding and good repositionability. The unique construction of the foam carrier ensures optimum handling properties and increased reusability.
The ORAFLEX® Solid range with film carrier has been specially developed for mounting photopolymer and rubber clichés on metal cylinders, for a secure sleeve bonding in flexographic, book and label printing. These adhesive tapes are easy to reposition and can be removed from metal cylinders and sleeves without leaving any residue.

Solutions for corrugated board printing
ORAFLEX® Solid is a range of double-sided tapes with filmic carrier for a secure mounting of photopolymer and rubber plates on metal cylinders and sleeves in flexographic, book and label printing. ORAFLEX® Solid plate mounting tapes have balanced adhesive properties and therefore ensure stable positioning of the printing plates while at the same time being easy to reposition and remove. The adhesive can be removed from the metal cylinders and sleeves without leaving any residue.

Adhesive tapes for the paper and printing industry
ORAFOL offers a wide range of repulpable splicing tapes for the pulp and paper industry. The market-proven tapes guarantee secure and reliable splices, regardless of temperature, widths, machine speeds or web tension. The FDA-certified pressure-sensitive adhesives with which the repulpable ORAFIX® splicing tapes are equipped have high initial adhesion and shear strength, rapid water solubility and proven repulpability.
Solutions for dry offset printing
When printing on cans or cups, a rubber printing blanket is used for each motif and then removed again. ORAFOL develops and produces adhesive tape solutions for rubber blanket bonding.
The prerequisite for excellent application results is that the rubber printing blanket remains firmly on the cylinder during printing and can then be removed without leaving any residue. The specially developed adhesive tape solutions are based on a flexible fabric carrier coated on both sides with acrylic adhesive and guarantee optimum adhesion of the blanket and therefore accurate printing.
