Digital printing systems for traffic signs

As a technology partner, ORAFOL supports the independent digital production of traffic signs. The cooperation with the printing specialists Agfa and Roland combines expertise and makes the offer a comprehensive complete package for the UV and eco-solvent digital printing of traffic signs. This includes printing technology, reflective films, ink and services, is already in use worldwide and has proven itself reliably.

UV printing

The versatile ORALITE® UV Traffic Sign Printer from ORAFOL and Agfa offers the ideal solution for certified and non-certified traffic signs.

This system can be used to produce particularly resistant traffic signs; the UV-curing ink can withstand even extreme conditions. Thanks to LED technology, the ink cures immediately so that the printed films can be processed straight away.

Eco-solvent printing

ORAFOL and Roland DG have collaborated to develop a sustainable solution for eco-solvent printing: the ORALITE® ECO Traffic Printer.

This advanced system is designed to produce both reusable temporary and permanent signage. It is designed for long-lasting print products and high resource efficiency.
